African Fashion Week Toronto

I had the pleasure of receiving an invitation to the highly anticipated African Fashion Week Toronto (AFWT) Industry networking event at Cambria Gallery, and it was an unforgettable experience. The runway was graced by a mix of new and experienced models, who brought their A-game and left us in awe. In addition, one exceptional model Shamelle Sutton was selected to represent AFWT for the year. Top brands generously sponsored the event, offering fantastic gifts and treats.

The event's highlight was networking with some of Toronto's most talented industry colleagues and fashion designers. The conversations were stimulating and inspiring, and I felt motivated and energized by the incredible creativity on display.

Overall, the AFWT Industry networking event was a resounding success and a testament to the thriving fashion scene in Toronto. I look forward to attending more events like this and contributing to this vibrant community's growth.

It all started when I was 6, watching my father work his old Pentax camera while trying to keep me still so he could take a picture. At that moment, I realized I wanted to take photos of moments in people's lives. But I don't just want to capture a moment; I want my images to tell a story....your story.
